Tickets and orders

From choosing an event to receiving your ticket.

How do I book and pay for a ticket?

Open the event, choose your ticket type and quantity, and enter the requested details. Check the date, names and total before ordering. For a paid order, complete payment using one of the available payment methods. Free orders have no payment step.

Once confirmed, you receive an email with your order and a secure management link. A pending payment is not yet a confirmed booking.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also order as a guest. Use an email address where you can receive the confirmation. The secure link in that email lets you manage your order without an account. With an account, you can see your linked orders together in My tickets.

Where can I find and download my tickets?

Open My tickets in your dashboard or the secure management link in your confirmation email. You can view your order status and download available tickets as a PDF. Upcoming, past and cancelled tickets each have their own tab in the dashboard.

I have not received a confirmation. What can I do?

Check your spam folder and whether you used the correct email address. Also check My tickets if you have an account with that verified email address. Has the money left your bank account but no confirmation arrived? Do not immediately place another order. Contact Antro with your email address, event and order number if available, so we can check the status.

Which ticket types might I see?

The organiser sets the available tickets, prices, quantities and sales periods. A Standard ticket is a regular ticket; an Early bird has its own price and sales period. A Free ticket costs nothing. Always read the description to see who the ticket is for and what it includes.

What is the difference between Free and Registration?

A Free ticket gives you a free admission ticket. Registration adds you to the participant list without payment. Both reserve a place through Antro. An entirely free order has no service or transaction fees.

How does a Bundle ticket work?

A Bundle ticket gives you access to the events or sessions listed together on the ticket card. Before ordering, check the included events, dates and locations. Your order shows the cancellation deadline.

If one part is cancelled, the selling organiser will inform you about a replacement date or appropriate refund. Other parts are not automatically cancelled. Your statutory rights when part of the booking is not delivered still apply.
