Organisation and team
Work together with the right access.
What is the difference between an owner and an administrator?
An administrator can manage the organisation and its events. An owner can also manage financial settings, roles and critical organisation actions. Give each team member only the access needed for their work.
How do I invite a team member?
Go to Organisation, open Settings and choose Team and access. Invite the team member using their own email address. An invitation grants administrator access; an owner manages any role changes. There is no need to share an account or password.
Can I leave an organisation if I am its last owner?
An organisation must retain an owner. First transfer ownership to another team member, or arrange closure of the organisation and settle ongoing events, orders and financial obligations. You can then end your own access or delete your account.
Where do I manage my organisation profile and settings?
Open Organisation in the dashboard to update your public profile, contact details and presentation. Under Settings, manage the available organisation preferences and team access. After making a change, also check how your public organisation page appears.
How do I respond to reviews or report abuse?
Open Reviews in your dashboard to read and respond to reviews or report suspected abuse. An owner can enable or disable the review feature as a whole. You cannot remove an individual unfavourable review; Antro assesses reports.
