Find an event that suits you.

How do I find an event that suits me?

Go to All events and search by name, topic, organisation or place. Narrow your choice using the date, category, age and price filters. The event page explains who the event is for, where it takes place and what your ticket includes.

How does searching by location work?

Enter a place to find events nearby. If Antro suggests a location, this is an approximate estimate, not your GPS location. You can change the place or broaden your search.

How do I save events and organisations?

With an Antro account, you can follow events, organisations and people using the Follow button. Find them again in My following list. Following does not reserve a place: book a ticket or register to attend.

When should I contact the organiser or Antro?

The organiser can help with the event programme, accessibility, location, changes and delivery. You can contact them on the event or organisation page. The organiser also sells your ticket and is responsible for refunds.

Antro helps with your account, the platform and problems with booking or payment. Use the contact page and include your order number if relevant. Never share your password or full payment details.

Tickets and orders

From choosing an event to receiving your ticket.

How do I book and pay for a ticket?

Open the event, choose your ticket type and quantity, and enter the requested details. Check the date, names and total before ordering. For a paid order, complete payment using one of the available payment methods. Free orders have no payment step.

Once confirmed, you receive an email with your order and a secure management link. A pending payment is not yet a confirmed booking.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also order as a guest. Use an email address where you can receive the confirmation. The secure link in that email lets you manage your order without an account. With an account, you can see your linked orders together in My tickets.

Where can I find and download my tickets?

Open My tickets in your dashboard or the secure management link in your confirmation email. You can view your order status and download available tickets as a PDF. Upcoming, past and cancelled tickets each have their own tab in the dashboard.

I have not received a confirmation. What can I do?

Check your spam folder and whether you used the correct email address. Also check My tickets if you have an account with that verified email address. Has the money left your bank account but no confirmation arrived? Do not immediately place another order. Contact Antro with your email address, event and order number if available, so we can check the status.

Which ticket types might I see?

The organiser sets the available tickets, prices, quantities and sales periods. A Standard ticket is a regular ticket; an Early bird has its own price and sales period. A Free ticket costs nothing. Always read the description to see who the ticket is for and what it includes.

What is the difference between Free and Registration?

A Free ticket gives you a free admission ticket. Registration adds you to the participant list without payment. Both reserve a place through Antro. An entirely free order has no service or transaction fees.

How does a Bundle ticket work?

A Bundle ticket gives you access to the events or sessions listed together on the ticket card. Before ordering, check the included events, dates and locations. Your order shows the cancellation deadline.

If one part is cancelled, the selling organiser will inform you about a replacement date or appropriate refund. Other parts are not automatically cancelled. Your statutory rights when part of the booking is not delivered still apply.

Payments and cancellations

Clear answers about fees and refunds.

Which fees do I pay when ordering?

My payment is still pending. Should I pay again?

Do not pay again while the status is pending or if the money has already left your account. Confirmation from the payment provider may arrive a little later. Check the order through your management link or My tickets. If the status remains unclear, contact Antro. If payment has failed or expired, follow the instructions on screen.

How do I cancel a ticket and what will be refunded?

You can cancel a ticket booked directly through Antro yourself until 24 hours before the event starts. Open My tickets or the secure management link, select the ticket and confirm cancellation. Your order shows the deadline; check it for bundle bookings too.

You receive a refund of the ticket price, including its service fee. Only the original order transaction fee is not refunded for this voluntary cancellation. There is no extra cancellation fee. Cancellation is final and your ticket becomes invalid immediately, even while the refund is processing. Other tickets in the same order remain valid.

Can I cancel after the cancellation deadline?

After the deadline, you can ask the organiser whether a solution is possible. A refund is then not guaranteed. A used or checked-in ticket cannot be cancelled through the automatic process.

Leisure tickets for a specific date generally have no statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period. Antro’s cancellation option is an additional arrangement. Where statutory withdrawal rights do apply, they remain in force.

What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

The organiser will inform you as soon as possible. If a paid event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid for that event, including service and transaction fees. For a significant date change, you can choose the new date or a refund. Credit or a replacement event is only an alternative if you agree.

For a bundle, the selling organiser arranges a solution for the part that was not delivered, while respecting your statutory rights. If you booked through an external registration link, contact that provider.

When will my refund reach my bank account?

The organiser, as the seller, is responsible for your refund. Antro records and processes it on the organiser’s behalf, normally through the original payment method. The organiser must provide sufficient funds and arrange the refund without undue delay and within fourteen days of confirmed cancellation or your choice of a refund. Any shorter statutory deadline takes precedence; bank processing may take additional time.

A pending status means that your money has not yet been returned. If a refund is overdue, contact the organiser with your order number. Antro can help check the payment status.

Account and privacy

Manage your details, access and preferences.

How do I create an account?

Choose Register, enter your details and verify your email address using Antro’s email. You can then sign in and manage your tickets, following list and profile. If the confirmation does not arrive, check your spam folder and the spelling of your email address.

How do I link a guest order to my account?

Sign in or create an account with the same email address as your order and verify that address. Previous guest orders with this address will be linked to My tickets. If an order uses a different email address, contact Antro so we can check it.

Where can I change my profile details?

Open My account in the dashboard. Under Preferences, you manage how you appear on Antro, your personal details and recommendations. Your login details are under Security.

How do I change my email address or password?

Go to My account and choose Security. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps when making a change. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Do not share your login details; invite colleagues through your organisation’s team instead.

Who can see my information?

Antro uses your information to operate your account, orders and the platform. The organiser receives the details needed for your attendance and order handling. A profile is not automatically fully public; public contributions such as reviews show your display name.

A profile photo is optional. The privacy statement explains which data Antro processes, how long it is retained and how to request access, correction or deletion.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account through My account, under Security. Read the consequences in the confirmation before continuing. If you are an organisation’s last owner, arrange its transfer or closure first.

Deleting an account does not automatically delete all order and payment records: some information must be retained, for example for financial administration. The privacy statement explains retention periods and your rights.

Reviews and experiences

Share experiences and understand reviews.

Who can write or edit a review?

With a verified Antro account and a valid Antro ticket, you can write a review for 45 days after the event ends. You can have one review per organisation and update it after a later visit. Team members cannot review their own organisation.

You can edit or delete your review, except while Antro is investigating a report.

Can an organisation remove an unfavourable review?

No. An organisation can enable or disable reviews as a whole, but cannot hide an individual review. A reported review remains visible while Antro assesses the report. Only Antro can hide abusive content after assessment.

What does the event shown with a review mean?

Antro checks whether a valid order for that past event is linked to the writer’s account. That is why the event appears with the review. This does not verify physical attendance or the accuracy of the opinion.

Organise events

Create, publish and manage your event.

How do I create and publish an event?

Sign in and create an organisation or open one you have access to. Choose Events in the dashboard, then Create event. Add the programme, date, location and tickets, and check the presentation. The publication check shows what still needs completing before you can publish.

How do I edit a published event?

Open the event from Events in the dashboard. Update the relevant details and save them, then check the public page. Inform participants in good time about changes that affect their visit; for a significant date change, buyers can choose the new date or a refund.

Where will my events appear?

The publication area determines which agenda your event can appear in. Antro’s public agenda focuses on the Netherlands. Enter the full location and check your publication settings and organisation visibility. Visitors’ search filters then determine which events they see.

Where can I find participants and their ticket status?

Open the event in your dashboard and go to participants. You can see the available participant details and ticket status there. Use this information only to organise and handle the event, and limit access to team members who need it.

How do I cancel my event as an organiser?

Open the event and go to Settings, under Cancel event. Follow the checks and confirmation on screen. Directly sold tickets must first be handled through the refund process; contact Antro if you need help with this. The organiser informs all affected visitors.

For a sold bundle ticket, sales of the affected bundle stop and its buyers are notified. The selling organiser handles the follow-up and a replacement date or appropriate refund. Refunds for a cancelled paid event include service and transaction fees.

Ticket sales and finances

Prices, payment settings and your revenue.

How do I set up tickets, prices and quantities?

Open your event and go to Tickets. Choose the ticket format, provide a clear description, and set the price, capacity and any sales period. For a bundle, check all linked parts. The configured capacity and places already booked or reserved determine how many tickets remain available.

What do I need to arrange to sell paid tickets?

Make sure your organisation details and payment settings are complete. Paid sales require acceptance by payment provider Mollie and verification of the necessary business, identity and bank details. Follow your organisation’s payment instructions; Antro can help with onboarding.

Then set your prices and ticket conditions and check the full order summary. Entering a ticket price alone does not mean payments can already be received.

What does selling tickets through Antro cost?

Eventuele andere diensten of kosten gelden alleen volgens de vooraf gemaakte afspraken.

When will my ticket revenue be paid out?

Bookkeeping shows your sales, fees, refunds and available revenue. Financial settlement takes place monthly under the payment arrangements. When Mollie transfers money to your bank account depends on your payment settings, verification and any adjustments or holds.

An amount in your overview is therefore not always immediately available for withdrawal. Antro does not promise a fixed bank transfer date or unrestricted on-demand payouts. If a status is unclear, contact Antro with your organisation and the relevant period.

Where can I find an invoice and who handles VAT?

The organiser sells the ticket and is responsible for the tax treatment of that sale and an invoice where required. As a buyer, request an event invoice from the organiser.

The Bookkeeping overview is not a VAT invoice. Contact Antro for an invoice or clarification of Antro’s own services. Keep your sales and payment records in accordance with applicable rules.

What should I do when a ticket is cancelled or refunded?

A buyer can cancel before the stated deadline without your prior approval. You can see the change in the order and financial records. As the seller, you remain responsible for the refund and sufficient funds, even if the revenue has not yet been paid out.

If funds are insufficient, follow the instructions to cover the shortfall. A shortfall does not suspend the buyer’s refund rights. For a payment dispute or chargeback, contact Antro and provide the requested order details.

Organisation and team

Work together with the right access.

What is the difference between an owner and an administrator?

An administrator can manage the organisation and its events. An owner can also manage financial settings, roles and critical organisation actions. Give each team member only the access needed for their work.

How do I invite a team member?

Go to Organisation, open Settings and choose Team and access. Invite the team member using their own email address. An invitation grants administrator access; an owner manages any role changes. There is no need to share an account or password.

Can I leave an organisation if I am its last owner?

An organisation must retain an owner. First transfer ownership to another team member, or arrange closure of the organisation and settle ongoing events, orders and financial obligations. You can then end your own access or delete your account.

Where do I manage my organisation profile and settings?

Open Organisation in the dashboard to update your public profile, contact details and presentation. Under Settings, manage the available organisation preferences and team access. After making a change, also check how your public organisation page appears.

How do I respond to reviews or report abuse?

Open Reviews in your dashboard to read and respond to reviews or report suspected abuse. An owner can enable or disable the review feature as a whole. You cannot remove an individual unfavourable review; Antro assesses reports.

Support and advertising

Ask a question or promote your event.

How do I report a problem or make a complaint?

Contact Antro through the contact page. Describe what happens, on which page and what you expected. Include your order number if relevant. For complaints about the event itself, contact the organiser first; Antro remains accountable for errors in the platform or its own services.

How do I request an advertisement?

Go to Advertising in the dashboard and submit your request. A request is not yet a confirmed placement or payment. Antro agrees the placement, period, price and conditions with you; the agreement takes effect once the offer is accepted.

Advertisements are clearly identified. Unless agreed otherwise, you buy a placement for a period, not a guaranteed number of visitors, clicks or sales. You can withdraw an unaccepted request free of charge.
