Payments and cancellations
Clear answers about fees and refunds.
Which fees do I pay when ordering?
My payment is still pending. Should I pay again?
Do not pay again while the status is pending or if the money has already left your account. Confirmation from the payment provider may arrive a little later. Check the order through your management link or My tickets. If the status remains unclear, contact Antro. If payment has failed or expired, follow the instructions on screen.
How do I cancel a ticket and what will be refunded?
You can cancel a ticket booked directly through Antro yourself until 24 hours before the event starts. Open My tickets or the secure management link, select the ticket and confirm cancellation. Your order shows the deadline; check it for bundle bookings too.
You receive a refund of the ticket price, including its service fee. Only the original order transaction fee is not refunded for this voluntary cancellation. There is no extra cancellation fee. Cancellation is final and your ticket becomes invalid immediately, even while the refund is processing. Other tickets in the same order remain valid.
Can I cancel after the cancellation deadline?
After the deadline, you can ask the organiser whether a solution is possible. A refund is then not guaranteed. A used or checked-in ticket cannot be cancelled through the automatic process.
Leisure tickets for a specific date generally have no statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period. Antro’s cancellation option is an additional arrangement. Where statutory withdrawal rights do apply, they remain in force.
What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?
The organiser will inform you as soon as possible. If a paid event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid for that event, including service and transaction fees. For a significant date change, you can choose the new date or a refund. Credit or a replacement event is only an alternative if you agree.
For a bundle, the selling organiser arranges a solution for the part that was not delivered, while respecting your statutory rights. If you booked through an external registration link, contact that provider.
When will my refund reach my bank account?
The organiser, as the seller, is responsible for your refund. Antro records and processes it on the organiser’s behalf, normally through the original payment method. The organiser must provide sufficient funds and arrange the refund without undue delay and within fourteen days of confirmed cancellation or your choice of a refund. Any shorter statutory deadline takes precedence; bank processing may take additional time.
A pending status means that your money has not yet been returned. If a refund is overdue, contact the organiser with your order number. Antro can help check the payment status.
