Account and privacy
Manage your details, access and preferences.
How do I create an account?
Choose Register, enter your details and verify your email address using Antro’s email. You can then sign in and manage your tickets, following list and profile. If the confirmation does not arrive, check your spam folder and the spelling of your email address.
How do I link a guest order to my account?
Sign in or create an account with the same email address as your order and verify that address. Previous guest orders with this address will be linked to My tickets. If an order uses a different email address, contact Antro so we can check it.
Where can I change my profile details?
Open My account in the dashboard. Under Preferences, you manage how you appear on Antro, your personal details and recommendations. Your login details are under Security.
How do I change my email address or password?
Go to My account and choose Security. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps when making a change. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Do not share your login details; invite colleagues through your organisation’s team instead.
Who can see my information?
Antro uses your information to operate your account, orders and the platform. The organiser receives the details needed for your attendance and order handling. A profile is not automatically fully public; public contributions such as reviews show your display name.
A profile photo is optional. The privacy statement explains which data Antro processes, how long it is retained and how to request access, correction or deletion.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account through My account, under Security. Read the consequences in the confirmation before continuing. If you are an organisation’s last owner, arrange its transfer or closure first.
Deleting an account does not automatically delete all order and payment records: some information must be retained, for example for financial administration. The privacy statement explains retention periods and your rights.
